RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

Please check dates required are available and then send us completed booking form signed by party leader along with a 25% deposit. Written conformation will be sent to you. The balance of the rental must be paid ten weeks prior to arrival date, along with your security deposit of £200. In the event that payment is not made in accordance with the above the reservation will be deemed to have been cancelled.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

When we have guests stay in our Villa we have to deposit funds with our local management company which are held on account against loss or damage caused to the property, and excessive cleaning and/or rubbish removal from Villa and pool. We therefore require a £200 security deposit to be paid on every booking to cover this. On your departure from the Villa it will be cleaned and inspected, provided reasonable care has been taken and Villa is left in good order your security deposit will be refunded in full.

CANCELLATIONS

If you have to cancel your booking we must be notified in writing by the party leader who signed the booking form. Due to the logistics of letting the home and the difficulties associated with re-booking weeks previously reserved no refunds can be made on any cancellations. Therefore if you cancel up to ten weeks before arrival you will forfeit the 25% deposit, and within ten weeks of arrival you will forfeit the total rental value ( your security deposit will of course be refunded ). We regret that we are unable to waive cancellation charges whatever the circumstances, but will offer alternative rental dates depending on circumstances. It is therefore important to ensure that you have adequate insurance should you unfortunately have to cancel your booking.

RENTAL BASIS

The Villa will be available from 4pm on the arrival date and must be vacated by 10am on the departure date. The Villa is offered on a self catering basis only. It is expected that the property will be treated carefully and with respect and will be left in a reasonably tidy and clean condition ( excessive cleaning and rubbish removal has to be paid for and will be deducted from the security deposit ). No pets are allowed in the property and there is a strict NO SMOKING policy inside the Villa ( ash trays are supplied for smoking guests to use on the pool deck ). All bed linen and bathroom towels will be provided. You will need to bring beach towels for use of the pool. POOL RULES must be adhered to at all times, children must be supervised by an adult when using the pool.

PLEASE do not use china or glass items around the pool or spa, broken items are a danger to guests and if they enter the pool or spa the whole pool needs emptying in order to locate and remove them. The Villa is equipped with modern gas heater which will heat the pool to a comfortable swimming temperature in normal winter conditions experienced in Florida.

We cannot however guarantee a specific pool temperature or be held responsible for inclement weather conditions that affect pool temperature. On your departure from the Villa it will be cleaned and inspected and all being well your security deposit will be refunded. In the unlikely event of any complaint or dissatisfaction during your stay you should contact the local property manager first who will attempt to resolve the matter for you.

SAFETY AND LIABILITY

We make all reasonable effort to provide safety information and advice to our rental guests and accept no liability for personal loss or injury to any rental guest during the rental period. We accept no liability for lost or stolen personal property of the guest from the property during the rental period.

All transportation to and from the Villa is the guests responsibility. Adult guests are responsible for supervision of minors under 18 years. We accept no responsibility or liability for any acts of nature, terrorism, fire, violence or any other occurrence that may have an adverse effect on the rental guests. You are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance for all rental guests.
